Eduardo Lora Yunén

Eduardo Lora Yunén is a Dominican entrepreneur and finance professional with a background in banking and treasury on Wall Street and more than 15 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, and the origination and structuring of projects across clean technology, energy, real estate and hospitality. He is the Founder & CEO of LatAm BioEnergy, an award-winning clean technology company developing modular biomass gasification-to-energy solutions for agro-industrial applications, with recognition through initiatives associated with UNIDO, GEF, UNDP and OLADE. He is also the founder of NACOA BioChar, focused on traceable Dominican biochar for soil enhancement, personal care and global cosmetic applications.

His profile combines finance, entrepreneurship and cross-industry project origination. Eduardo is the originator and project structurer of voco Churchill, a 47,000 m² IHG-branded, corporate-oriented hospitality development in Santo Domingo, and Multiparque Solar Pedernales, an 850 MW utility-scale solar and BESS platform in the Dominican Republic. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Institutions from Boston University, with additional executive education in AI for Business at MIT and business valuation. His work reflects the practical use of AI within an emerging-market business environment to operate to global standards while preserving human judgment in critical strategic and investment decisions.

Eduardo brings to PTL Group the finance, project origination and business-development capabilities required to identify, structure and advance cross-border opportunities. His focus spans energy, hospitality and trade, connecting investment opportunities in the Dominican Republic and the Americas with capital, strategic partners and commercial relationships in the UAE and GCC.
